The cross-sell conversation, at the size of your customer base

A bank's best products are the ones customers never got around to hearing about. Convershake runs the outbound conversation that finds the ones who are interested — cards and accounts, pension and savings, deposit renewals — and books your licensed adviser only for the people worth their hour. It qualifies interest; it never advises.

    Product interest campaign · Spain · ES/CACatalan

Buenos días, le llamo por el plan de ahorro de su cuenta.

    En català, si us plau.

Cap problema. No puc aconsellar-li quin pla li convé — li reservo quinze minuts amb un assessor?

    Sí, dijous al matí.

    What actually breaks first

Retail banks rarely lack products to sell. They lack a way to find out who wants one without spending an adviser's day on the finding.

    01

Advertising reaches everyone, and tells you nothing back

A campaign that goes to the whole base returns impressions. It does not tell you which customer is planning to move their pension, which one has just changed job, or which one already declined and would rather not be asked again.

    02

Adviser time is the scarcest thing you own

The people licensed to give advice spend a large part of their week establishing that the person in front of them was never a candidate. That triage is a conversation, and it is not the conversation they are paid for.

    03

    Long-horizon products go unexplained

Pension tiers, savings plans and deposit renewals reward a two-minute human explanation and punish a leaflet. Most customers get the leaflet.

    04

    One base, several languages

In a Baltic or Iberian market the same customer list is not one language list. The offer that arrives in the customer's second language converts worse than the one that arrives in their first — and staffing for every combination is expensive.

Is that your shape of business?

    Is this you?

This works where the product deserves a conversation and the customer base is far larger than the calendar that could hold it.

    This is you if

    • A retail customer base counted in the hundreds of thousands, and products that get explained better by voice than by email.
    • Advisers and branch staff whose calendars are the real constraint on how much gets sold.
    • Campaigns that today are advertising spend reaching everyone indifferently, whether or not the product fits them.
    • Markets where the same customer base speaks more than one language, and the offer has to arrive in theirs.
    • A compliance function that needs to know exactly what was said about a regulated product, on every call.

    This is not us

    • Advice, suitability assessments, or closing a regulated product sale on the call — those stay with your licensed people.
    • Replacing your service centre. We start with campaign traffic and the lines it generates.
    • Anything that would put a decision about someone's money in an automated conversation.

    The campaigns we run

Every campaign here ends in one of two places: a qualified hand-off to a person who is allowed to advise, or a recorded, respected no.

    What the platform enforces

Product behaviours. The rules stay with your compliance and product-governance functions; the platform makes them the thing that actually runs.

    No advice, structurally

The agent explains within an approved answer set and hands off to a licensed person for anything beyond it.

    Disclosures as steps

Required openings — including telling the customer what kind of call this is — are flow steps, identical every time.

    Approved wording only

Product terms are stated as approved; wording your policy forbids is blocked in the flow and flagged in review.

    Contact rules and opt-outs

Calling windows, attempt limits, suppression lists and opt-outs are configured per market and enforced by the campaign.

    Sensitive data

PII and PCI values are masked in transcripts and logs.

    Audit pack per call

Recording, transcript, flow version, policy version and tool calls, on every single call.

Verify it before you trust it

So how would we start? →

From first conversation to live campaign

One paid production pilot, built and bought in the same six steps — with a decision at the end of it. The numbers are a conversation; the shape never changes.

    01

    Pick one campaign

One call type, one market, one owner accountable for the number it moves. Not a platform rollout.

    02

    Agree what winning means

Success criteria and the ROI definition are written down before anything dials — never reconstructed afterwards.

    03

    We author the flow

Your campaign, in the full language set the market requires. Your compliance function reads every step before it runs.

    04

    Hear it before it dials

Simulated runs and live test calls. The version you approve is the version that runs — reviewed and numbered.

    05

    Run it paid, in production

Real list, your contact rules, per-second billing — and no charge for ringing, failed connects or no-answers.

    06

    Decide at the review

Convert, expand, repeat, pause or stop — against the criteria written at the start, with every call as evidence.

Concurrency, included minutes and integration scope are set per tier, so the bill tracks what you actually run. We will tell you before the pilot which of those limits your campaign is likely to touch.

Fits the stack you already run

No rip-and-replace, no migration project. Convershake connects to your CRM, your telephony and your payment tools, takes its call lists from them, and hands every outcome straight back — so campaigns show up in the systems your teams already live in.
